Amma on Om

Om consists of 3 parts:

1. ah opening the mouth
and the words we use.

2.  oh firm control over the words we use.

3. mm remain silent. Refrain from speaking.
In some situations awareness and patience in
our every word.

I have found this is one of the best mantras for me to use when I’m restless. It is simply om ma ma om.
