something i learned when i was going to school. everyone dreams. the averageinnerdream is 4-6 dreams a night. the ability to recall your dreams however weighs heavily on the individual. i think being well rested and having a relaxed/healthy state of mind makes it easier to recall your dreams. the more you practice, the more you'll remember. at one point, when i meditated regularly, i could recall up to 4 dreams in one night.
Sometimes it appears to me that your path is quite different then my own Eric. Your dream life has always been very vivid. Who would not wonder about such inner scenarios? When we have certain inner experiences such as astral projection we wonder where such things may take us. I feel as long as you keep up your meditation you will receive further strong insights into your being.
