That is a wonderful meditation Serena. It reminds me of some of the loving compassion meditations I used to practice in Buddhism. It is a novel way to meditate and pray for others.
Sometimes it is difficult to know how to send powerful energy to others when you really love them. I really miss meditating with Buddhist friends in Kalamazoo Michigan. The flower is
uniquely gorgeous. I wonder if it is pronounced 'serious'. I don't think I'm familiar with that flower. You seem to have a vast appreciation and knowledge of herbs, flowers, trees and foilage. Thanks for sharing.
