thanks Serena it brought tears to my eyes because I know just what he's talking about. I  use om ma or ma om....or hong sau (I am he..he is me) then I have a mantra Amma gave me personally. Yea they can take you to anorher level...all of a suden the plant you have been watering and working on sprouts and you feel so  happy. The mantra works on your attitudes. It works
into your state of being and transforms it for a time.
