I am of the belief that if one looks at  inanimate objects  from the aspect of  at one time you were a rock  or you were that flower or that tree you would treat them with much more care.

I am of the beleif that as souls who are  here to experience many things we surely at one time as  a soul chose to experrience being immobile and hard as a  rock or  chose to expereince  flowing in the breeze etc.

if you sit and look at nature and with every thing you visually see  you say ...." I am that ' or " I am the same as that"..... you will treat everything better
