thanks steve...Smiley very interesting

Tantra..literally: technique. A tehnique to bring a certain result. Does not necessarily mean a position. Goes beyond just sexuality. That is techniques to spiritualize. Tantra is like a recipe. If you do this, this and this you will get these results. The how of doing something not the why. The sexual part: a small part of the science which covers all aspects of human nature. Techniques that bring us to a higher state of consciousness. Breathing and chants; meditations with a partner. If you want to learn more about what is Tantra: The book of Secrets: Osho

White Tantric: a type of spiritual cleansing and upliftment

Red Tantric: associated with sexuality

Black Tantris: techniques to do harm to yourself or others.

Kundalini yoga; understanding the energies that flow within us that give us drive, make us feel alive. Stimulating
our sexuality and on a hiigher level awakening us to the potentials of higher consciousness and the opening up
of higher vistas of spirit. The harnessing and control of these energies and awakening of them is part of kundalini.

Kama Sutra: Pleasure in human expression. Explores all kinds of pleasure as well as physical and sexual expression. One more facet of human existance. Unlike the Bible the Indian Scriptures address all facets of human existance. War as well as peace. Sexuality and celibacy.

Hatha Yoga; recognizing these energies thru postures and physical type exercises

The hindu scriptures do not place derogatory (so far as i know), words about sex and homosexuality as Christianity has. There should be an understanding of all expressions of human existance in religion. Not intolerance which still permeates the conversations of friend and foe in our culture and it's traditional religion. Not only does the Bilble not adress the issue but actually confuses us about sexuality. As we see that in the Old Testament King Solomen who was considered wise had many wives but in the New Testament we are told to have one marriage partner. The Bilble went from polygamy to monogamy a marriage between two people. To confuse us even further we are told that Adam and Eve were the first beings on earth but that their two sons, Cain and Abel took wives and had many children. However we are never told where these wives came from since Adam and Eve had only two male children and were the first beings on earth.  We would not want to have them married to their sisters. Now that would pose a problem. These are only a couple inconsistancies. But it is not my goal to point all of them here....

What has happened to the songs of the past? The great rembrance has begun constant and clear.... Surely we can tell!,
