Hello wonderful friend. If your partner is willing to practice it would be wonderful.
Tantra is putting God at the center of your physical and sexual desires as we try
to put him at the center of all our actvities. Imagine the power of divine
mother being seen in your female partner or divine father in the male partner.
Bring your energies up to your heart chakra from the base chakras while expressing love.

If it was not for God we could find no divine pleasure in this creation that he
created. As God's creatures we can do much to find patience and
create the beauty of ecstacy in our partner or express our love in
much more subtle ways that honor the beauty of spiritual expression of love.
Sexual and physical expression can have many levels of expression.
i have given much thought to this subject. Sexuality can sometimes
even heal us from the misuse of other people.

Our bodies speak to us sexually by giving us desire to be close to another human being
and to express love. If it were not for sexuality how would we begin to understand
being close to another human being and experience their love? Sexuality and this physical
drive eventually helps us understand that the real drive behind it all is the drive to be
close to something else; the desire to love. To be enveloped in love and
to feel ever new joy. This is what we are all seeking: the ever new joy of God.

Tantra is certainly an avenue of feeling and expressing love.
The sexual energy is close to our creative energies and often
happens simultaneously or close afterwards.

It is amazing to me how much sexuality is misunderstood and used to hurt others.Yet in the expression of love it can be quite beautiful and bring a sense of closeness
to a relationship. It is an integral part of this physical realm we live in.
It often takes much time to loose our attachment to those we have expressed
physical feelings towards so it seems to me that if we choose to express this way
it is important to know the spiritual level of our partner and how they intend to
use such a powerful expression of love.

Amma has shown us that in the highest physical sense God can be transmitted physically
in her divine hugs. God sometimes comes in the form of emotional
and physical comfort of another human being to express love.
