steve i was recently looking into purchasing a book called metaphysical meditation by yogananda
would you recommend the lessons over the book ? just curious because i am tight on $ saving up for some personal things and i want to buy a couple of other books on insects. going to try and start nurturing my own moths and spiders !!!

In the post prior to this Yoshi answered your question much better then i would/could.
The techniques she speaks of have not been available to the public for thousands
of years ago in past higher ages. Taking advantage of them progresses our evolution exponentially.
