I wish it was some kind of bull crap I had made up to apease you my friend but it is  the honest eye I did call and yes that is exatly what I was told.

I will call again   and see if a different  person answering the phones give me the same info.

would you mind giving me the leaglel reason to use for  needing the exact time other than natal chart.

would need to prove my identity by down to my  time of birth in a law suit  work maybe??
