Steve I got to meditate today! This last month has felt like a real dampener on my energy levels- and today it feels like a switch had been flipped- or the chains taken off! I am feeling extremely grateful, although I know the nature of life is flux- but what a joy, and I included you in my prayers in the beginning of meditation! Ah I truly missed this aspect of ME Cheesy

a me I hardly know- but a communion I thoroughly enjoy!
