O.K. No one is going to answer my question now. Accept Squirrel who usually sheds a lightness on these
kind of subjects. Perhaps he thinks it is helpful to lift the gravity.
i have come up with an answer for myself though:
It is best to be grateful for the love others have for you
even though you might not be able to return it in a
way that they would so desire. and..... not expect others
to return love to you in the way you would like.
All you can do is work on yourself and notice the reactions
that are coming from you from feeling 'hurt' or not getting
what you want. Maybe that is part of the spiritual lesson
anyhow.
It often seems to me that our spiritual guides do not have
much sympathy for our personal desires. This world can
be a very frustrating place if we are not aware of the spiritual
purpose we are here for. Most of the human race are intent
on satisfying personal desire and creating new desires in the process
with no perception that it is desire that causes an endless chain of karma
and cycle of rebirth on the earth plane. i am just grateful to have
a few personal desires satisfied or understood. In reflection it has
showed me much about the people that come into my life and their
motives. When i have found others that genuinely care about me i find
the hand of God clearly working behind their actions.
