my apologies i need to explain something to you....

Often the computer does not connect to towers when i am traveling
so i have to use the cell phone when i connect to the internet. When i do this the commands i can use are limited and it often leads to a host of issues. The best thing i can do is wait till the computer connects again and then clear up some of the issues. Please consider thinking the best of someone before thinking the worst.  Sorry...
