HA HA , sit still and meditate .... difficult for a squirrel to do who is always running around !
when i was a kid...i was very much into stuffed animals. every week i would walk to town and visit the local florest which sold stuffed animals. if i desired a new 'stuffie' ,,,i would do extra chores in order to obtain the newbie stuffie i wanted so very badly. during school hours....all i could do was think about the stuffie and how i could go about obtaining as sooooon as possible ! 
i worked hard for it....every hour not spent on homework would be spent on chores to obtain stuffie.
if we desire something strongly enough....then we CAN obtain it.
keys= commitment...will power.....desire....
