Since i was looking at transiting Mars in my chart; i thought i would see what it was doing in your chart. It has just given you a few opportunities  sextile all those planets in Leo. Now it is making its way thru your sixth house. So no doubt; you are now putting alot of energy into serving others and how you want to serve others. Sometimes Mars going thru that sixth house can cause a lot of issues about health and your enrgy given to have good health.
