There are many countries in the world that do not have the ability to speak freely. They must remain quiet on their views of their leaders and the enslavement they gave from those who use the fruits of their labors for their own gratification rather than sharing with others. We may not be able to help free such people or help them be free to worship and meditate. However we can pray for them and their happiness. Amma has given us techniques to shower happiness and blessings to others. Let us use them.

One that I recall at most all of Amma’s events;

Visualize white petals  of flowers falling on all the mountains, rivers, deserts and forests. Then visualize those flower petals falling on all the animals of the world. Visualize those petals falling on all the countries of the world and the people of those countries.
