I have noticed thru years of meditation just how much people are caught up in certain thought processes. Certain thoughts about reality govern the way we operate and controls our attitudes.
It is thru watching the mind operate and slowing down its process and thus letting go of its attachments and obsessions that we can start freeing ourselves from the reality we find ourselves in and expand that reality. Many thoughts are obsessions of the mind. The mind can be caught up in rebellion from external influence as well as external pressures just as well as attached to attitudes we unconciously hold as sacred. Thru meditation and introspection we begin to understand just how much we are living relics of old outworn thoughts and attititudes.
