this is the tree in my parents backyard. i've shared this image before here. the pattern looks like a profile version of a cat or something looking into a skeletal/ethereal version of itself:
i am posting this smaller version. anyways. currently there are a bunch of blue streaks around it. i've had three different people on separate occasions feel the need to walk up to the tree and hug it. i was told by a friend it is very special and he later relayed to me his mom would talk to spirits through trees. the dream i learned of sufism is the same dream i had climbing up this tree. i used to climb this tree as a kid when it still had limbs within reaching distance.
