no reason to miss out on life !

meditation may not be the answer for everyone

some people really get into it, others don't

meditation should not replace  living and experiencing life

one cannot just sit and live in this absent state of mind called bliss forever

or maybe some can     Grin Cool

relax, you will not become fried chicken, lol !  Grin
