As you may already know several planets have been going through your first house of your environment and you’re ability to project yourself on your environment.  Now however is one of those more critical times. Why? Because Saturn is creating a fateful aspect in its transit to your natal Sun in the 7th house. The seventh house is the house of your relationships. So you are getting more and more flack from others in your relationships. They ( me included ) may seem more burdensome now and as though their energy is trying to squelch your ability to shine.

If you can remember some of the events of late February early this year, now is somewhat of a replay of some of the lessons that were brought to you then. A rather self critical period imposed on you by outside forces. Authorities and people that have the ability to question your stance and ability to shine seem to once again impose their will on you and challenge your sense of relationships. It is a time when relationships are challenged especially those who may have influenced you or held a rather fatherly or authority over you... perhaps your boss may be included in this assessment and certainly any type of punitive authority (police judges, gurus the law and social authority) . Through this confrontation with outside forces you will uncover unconscious motivations and distant karma that now comes to the surface through sudden insights.

In the book ‘Transits’ Betty Lundsted says this; “This transit will be in effect for about a year during this time you have the opportunity to take stock of yourself who you are what you are why are you are.” Why would she say this? Because the Sun in your chart represents your identity. When your chart much of your identity is developed from relationships with other people. Why? Because you have chosen and have developed the ability to attract relationships that define your own personality. At this time the very differences you have with others defines who, what and why you are. It is important to recognize if you feel you have reached a brick wall in your relationships with others there is most likely something in your approach that is no longer working and others will somehow point it out to you.

Saturn can make you pay your dues that you have incurred with others. If you have been more mature though and can see the energies in a positive light; you may rethink your position and perhaps even take a different course with those who have been close to you ( especially men and authority figures ) and you make other plans than you anticipated with them before, changing your relationships attitudes and making plans to expand your horizons in regards to to all close relationships and business or career outlooks shared with them.
