Wouldn't u say that there is a physical way to do good and a spiritual way? There are air waves that go out and we listen to them on the radio on the T.V. and on our stereo. They affect the lives of us all. There r also waves and vibrations each one of us sends out around the world when we r at peace. When we meditate we not only change ourselves but we transform the world around us by sending out a positive energy through out the world.

i was just recently speaking to someone about that.  i remember on 9/11.....all the 'ickiness' in the 'air'.  i went outside....no birds chirping....dead silence ... icky vibes....i immediately turned around and ran back into house.  when one is 'sensitive'.....or like an antenna sensitive to energy /vibes....being outside can be challenging at times   being inside does not totally shield us from those energies/vibes but it does relieve a small bit.  one cannot stay inside all the time......so i usually say a prayer before going outside 

one night....this subject was on my mind when i entered meditation.....christ and guruji came....took my hands in theirs....showed me how to send 'love vibes' out into the 'air'.....

i repeated the meditation for some time after....yet gave up.....maybe this post is telling me something....to not give up.
