Boundless

i am boundless and dimensionless.
God has taken all the things that i desired
so that i could recognize no identification with them
and to recognize the pain i had in letting them go. 
He is showing me what i have projected on them
it was the beauty of my own soul.
Yet still i remind myself.
Still i must b reminded that it is so.
That i am as free as a bird
with no effort i can soar.
now i am alone
nothing to identify with
my being is free
it was not me
but what i had dreamed

i look back over my shoulder
what i have left

that which i loved
yes it was only me
something i imagined and dreamed
something that i saw in a dream
to remind only me i am free
