Success

Effort is a measure of success in the eyes of God. Look back and appreciate the good things that have happened and what we have learned. Reflect on the positive things in life. Do not affirm deficiencies. What have we learned from our mistakes? God did not make us to be millionaires or to have several children or to have several marriages. Those who have had great success have had great failures.

A material person thinks: What is in it for me?
A spiritual person thinks:What have I learned from situations?

We do not think so much of what has happened but rather what mistakes we have made 30 years ago and not what positive things we can do now. No one keeps you tied down to destiny but yourself. Great men/women have had great failures. They have refused to let it get them down or give in to negativity. We have to learn from our failures. We are not failures if we have learned from our experience. My father once told me; Steve you never fail until you give up. The most important things in life take patience and perseverance .

Once a man was not succeeding at the business he was trying to create. He decided to ask someone that had succeeded to join him for a hot dog so he could get his advice. Instead the man he asked invited him to his suite and they ate there. He told him all the problems he had at trying to get his business off the ground. The successful man said. 'I don't really think you have done any thing wrong. I just think your problem is that you just have to experience more failures and some day you will have the success you are looking for.

Inspired by my own efforts, those of others, the brothers and my fathers advice. Might b doin' the turtle walk but just had to see all those beautiful scenes along the way. Were all goina make it my own sweet time.

then why do they happen ?  why are we able to accomplish all of them? if god did not make us to be them....then they would not exist... ??

there is Reason / Purpose for everything....and god created everything....

we are god's creations....we create children, financial wealth, marriages...

ultimately....god / we create them.....

They happen because of our karma and our choices our desires and our habits. They r accomplished because of desire. However, many things happen. Many things r accomplished. Not the least of which r saints. They r created also. But they were not touched by these things. This was not their purpose. Their purpose was to love God and give that love to others. We spend time with those who help us accomplish certain desires and then those desires r exhausted so we must move on. Others will b there to assist us. We must b receptive when they come or loose the opportunity that we have also created. Ours effort is small compared to the grace that is added.

actually....quite content....probably most happy i have ever been in this lifetime i am    so no....no frustations.

we create our own realities yes....what i was meaning....that when we get right down to it....god created/made everything......

god made it so we can have any reality we want....millionaire not millionaire.......etc

without god....we would not be here....there would be no us....

The topic is success.  If u have created happiness for yourself; U r successful in my book (it's a book of funny's)! It seems to me that if u r really happy then u probably r on the right course for your life. If not i just introspect ask for guidance and follow the course that will make me happy. i pray for your health as well!   I will reason.
