sometimes consciousness goes 'up and down'.....especially while in the process of letting go of ego / body consiousness....

sometimes we are in higher consciousness but maya gets a hold of us and brings us down....but the more we practice staying in the higher consciousness the more maya loses her grip....the higher we get more and more, the less and less maya affects us <3<3<3
