the 'stiller' the mind .... the more superconsciousness can shine forth:)

however,,,,stilling the mind is a challening 'task' ! one must transcend the waking consciousness and subconciousness in order to get to the superconsciousness....

sometimes we get glimpses and short visits to superconsciousness during meditation.....and even playing instruments....or while performing other arts also....painting....etc

this is why many enjoy the arts Wink
