Nomaste White Eagle it is nice to hear from you again.

Usually when people practice the Om technique they eventually start hearing the sound of Om. i would describe it as if you were listening in a sea shell. You start hearing the sound of the sea and at varying times it gets louder or softer. It is a comforting sound though: Not concophany. i assume you are chanting om. Correct?

i wonder what kind of service you are involved in. Woiuld it exclude you from moving to the country? i think that the constant noise of the suburban and city life is a reminder that we are multiplying to fast as a species. At sometime we ourselves have had too many children to create this mess. But we can set a new course by not multiplying like rabbits. How many children do you have?
