what about the loss of a romantic partner ? (((still, VERY grateful for friendship. feels like i haven't lost, *to much* but still- curious. perhaps, not just for me)))

the hardest thing in life is to let go to accept  that there is nothing we can do.
when we are insulted we will not be affected because we know we are not that person we are free
what is the point of reacting? forgive; the past is gone.
