Thanks Steve, my curiosity is fulfilled, the plate itself is awesome in the literal sense and estetically nice to boot.

In Europe personalized plates are not allowed. You keep what you are given by the state.

If u can use it i will send it to u mccoy. i have a new one on the van. We have to pay extra to get private license plates in the states. But i am hoping someone behind me repeats 'Babaji' a few times and reflects to themselves; 'What is that all about?' Who knows what it might do to them.
