these post are VERY helpful
both in practice and study

often i try to block negative thoughts that arise but later wonder why i have them to begin with
sometimes it is because i, *THINK* i see something in others i don't want
but that is no reason to lash out negatively
so why then, is it so easy for the mind to be harsh and criticizing of another- beautiful and cherished soul ?
