thank you namaste,
it is wild to me- how we can make great progress inwards
then with the flip of a switch lose it all, even for a simple reason like- "taking a break"
the fog builds up and as you say... once you begin seeking satisfaction outwards, it's a never ending appetite
very scary how easy it is to be thwarted from overall health.
