I have to say that am an empath .
After reading the discriptions , i saw my self in alot of them.
Watching a bunch of kids once , walking in a video game store and singling out a happy go lucky 8 or 9 yr old and wanting to cry so bad only to comfirm a minute later , kids blurt out the darnest things, that his mother died a few months ago.
I have felt a friend cry while she was 5000 miles away at that moment. Woke up with a feeling of anxiety about her before I really got to know her , only to find out later on that she suffers from night terrors.
This past year I entered  as if by imagination and msn contact and saw what this person looked like at the age of 12 and felt she had a head ache wich i seemed to have absorbed. Later out of answering curios question about that subject a contact asked me to take her menstral cramps away. Surprisingly it worked.

I do seem to attract the confidence in the most private of individuals, the secrets that I am told.

This seems to come in phases as it seems to have a life of it's own. Sometimes I feel so cut off from the world and other times I can't stand being in a crowd , so much negative feelings , don't know if its my own or not.

I find peace when I am with children. I do think I suffer from depression , seem to sense sadness often.
I don't know what to do , lately I have lost all sense of logic and have been reacting childish with a certain contact that I have grown very attached to.

is there a pill I can take for that?
