Amma on fear and worry: Fear is hunting us down. We always worry about the future. We reject the changes around us and do not surrender. Fear happens when we accept one thing and reject another. We should accept all aspects of life then fear will disappear. Adversity is our strongest teacher. We should think; i will be courageous. i will be happy because God is with me. Laughter is the music of the soul.
