How to read character?

Look into the eyes and see what feeling you get.
See what feeling you get in your heart.

It takes a lot of practice meeting people and looking into their eyes.
You may not be able to feel it at first.

Another way to do this is to meditate deeply. Then visualize their eyes in the
Silence. Be neutral, no prejudices. Do you get any feelings arising in your heart.

== For Employers:  Do not be too friendly with employees. Master said they
will now and then take advantage, fail to follow orders or take advice.

You need to look penetratingly into the eyes of people.

Character reading in this way is in all of us.  We just need to practice, that’s all.
