I can confirm the Genius of Paramhansa Yogananda in devising these exercises. The innovation is not in the calisthenics themselves, rather in the conscious control of life energy which is employed by muscle tensing to revitalize all bodily parts.

It is like having barbells in your hand but they are not really there.....they are like portable barbells. It might take sometime getting used to because we are not working against outer forces but instead are relying on inner forces and the development of those inner forces. This whole path brings together many ways of developing our inner resources. Being able to magnify our inner light, our inner magnetism, our inner will power.
