Basements usually represent your subconscious in dreams, so you may have been subconsciously
realizing this energy.
Experiencing this energy can be very intense. If would not be coming to you unless you were ready for it.
It can be overwhelming sometimes, and make you feel a little weird, that's how it was for me anyway.
There was a point where I literally felt like my midsection was a glow with golden light, and this lasted for some time.

Michael i see u have deleted your experiences with regard to angels. i still would like to share something here about them:

Angels represent saints and divine friends from past lives who remember us and try to redeem us through  silent suggestions of their presence. These type of dreams and visions are hints that the dreamer has shown development in this kind of spiritual accomplishment, either in his past life or this life.; and that it would be easy for him to develop further along these lines~ PY
