With the above I would like to include the Gnostics and Essences. Who I deem closer to true Christians than most other Christian religions. They were thrown out as a heresy, which is a great black mark for conventional religion. In fact Brother Turiyananda callied it the ‘worst thing Satan ever did to the Christian religion.’ And he explained why; ‘ because it put guilt in the followers of Christianity.’ And as you most likely know the Self Realization Fellowship are also Christians as I am myself. Yet all my life Ive been told that I was following the ways of Satan with my views of Christianity which includes reincarnation and the view that Jesus, while being an avatar was definitely not the only one. Which most Christians still today believe in the United Clones. However definitely not in India. These views migrated here from Europe and stayed here until the followers of Indian religions came to our shores.
Most eastern religions do support and include Christianity in their teachings. However up till recently it definitely does not work the other way around. I have found no religion ( in the United Clones) as smug as conventional Christians with their view that only Christians go to heaven. And of course they do not accept the idea we lived before. What caused the atrocities of our indigenous people? Christians that considered Indians and their spiritual views heathen.
So yes you have met Christians who practice Kriya hours on end, i being one of them. I was raised as a Christian and found the total intolerance of my views all around me including much of my family. Most of that biological family I do not include as my spiritual family. So I now ask you where am I “totally wrong” as you put it below…..these Christians I am referring to below are mostly from Europe including Germany where you are from and they migrated to the United Clones. I have even spent a lot of time with a German who has been a dear friend. But Rudhi Siebert who fought for the Nazi’s in WWII definitely does not believe in reincarnation and told me personally ‘it is a horrible philosophy that God would people through”. He is a Catholic and was a part of the Catholic underground as a German pilot for Adolph Hitler. So my answer is yes it includes people from the “land of the free” as you put it. That is the land of Germany… “people I have met”, as you so aptly put it. He is a Catholic from Germany but let us not forget Martin Luther, from Germany whose belief was….
Afterlife and Salvation

That destination was an eternity spent either in heaven or in hell. There was nothing one could do to earn a spot in heaven-God freely forgave the sins of some, and they could enter heaven. Heaven is a state of blessedness where you exist in the presence of God, something humans have not been able to do since the fall in the Garden of Eden. It is obvious that many Christian’s have a very limited understanding of what meditation is, and obviously 🙄 did not explore it further than their own preconceptions. ...

Yes Ive met those people also and I am one of them. There are many people who have a very distorted view of Christianity ( in my view) which I do not accept as a Christian myself. But they prove me right if any proof is needed. Although, no amount of discussion will change them, so why waste your time?
