i hope u consider attending.....group meditations , i hear, are quite powerful.......even being around a saint is a wonderful experience.

i was fortunate to attend a talk by the dahli lama when he visited ann arbor....it was about the environment and things we can do to nurture it....there were no meditations....however just being in his presence,,,was a 'w0w' experience !  felt as tho i was going to float off me chair....
