I see today as a reminder of the good fortune we have to be able to practice Kriya yoga handed down through the gurus by Babaji and transmitted via Sri Yukteswar to Yogananda and passed on to us. I mean it really took my meditation to a different level. Practicing Kriya in the last couple of days… I experienced feeling the bodies energy withdraw as the inner realms opened up and it reminds me of Saint Paul saying; I protest by my rejoicing in Jesus Christ; i die daily.
