i just spent sometime reading some of these notes about Neptune in the natal chart. What i find interesting is that often transits represent a new slant to the house that these slow planets are visiting. For a while they represent an attitude that approaches the natal interpretations.

Lady Urania has Neptune in the first in her natal chart. This can represent anything from madness/insanity to being highly spiritual and psychic and being exposed to these elements of life. i suppose a lot has to do with the individuals take on it and the effort put out to work with the vibrations of this rather hard planet to manage. i often find that people with Neptune in the first or tranisting the first have a pleasurable vibration to me. Perhaps it is because since the unreality/fantasy of life is so much apart of their being that they seem to carry a certain magic about them. Also many of them like to be around music and water since Neptune rules these facets of this physical dimension in which we live.
