Dear one; We appreciate your sharing with us. Have you spent the time to read all this and the link? Is this a friend of yours? There seems to be a lot of rambling on about personal experience in the link given. Since she is not on this forum i lost interest after reading for quite a while (i do not know her personally).... sorry... It seems like a personal testimony rather than something to help us. Did i miss something important? Many of us have had personal experiences in meditation. We have shared those experiences with each other. She is welcome here and if we get to know her i would then be interested in her spiritual experiences. i find that unless we/i get to know someone personally it is hard to really know about their personal experiences. I found the 'fine print' interesting info. Is this someone you follow or a friend?

There is a lot of info on the internet. Sometimes we can be overwhelmed with it all unless we have experienced some of its benefits in personal experience. We try to balance our time with service to others while taking an interest in their interests. Thanks for being a friend...
