I have a question which pertains to the gesture of respect for the soul in others where one places the palms together at heart level and bows. I have recently been reading around its usage, and I have read that one usually does it with the hands at the heart, then at the forehead. If it is difficult to perform the hands at forehead gesture, does the simple hands together at the heart, bow, gesture carry the same amount of respect?
