I would add that in the city you are inundated by the restless vibrations of the cities inhabitants. Tonight I came back from Lake Michigan pleasantly interiorized and at peace with my self. I think I knew what to say as well when responding to others. Nature wrapped it’s peaceful settling spirit around me. The meditation I had and gazing into the Sun as twilight pulled the Sun brought me back to the peace in soul expression.
