While the Civil War (1861) was taking place here in the states a quiet revolution was taking place in India where Babaji gave Lahiri Mahasaya an extraordinary technique of meditation which is probably the greatest contribution to mankind that had happened in the world up to that time.

Why? Because Kriya Yoga has the capacity to hasten the evolution of those who practice it. You see in our Astral spine is lodged and recorded all the deeds we have done throughout out countless lifetimes on this earth and other terrestrial and celestial realms. In order to work out the repercussions of these actions we must come to this earth countless thousands of times to work out our karma. One of these Kriya's done correctly can absolve the practitioner of one year of natural evolution. This tremendously hastens our spiritual and natural evolution. This technique with the blessings of a Master/Guru can slow the heart down, detach the body from outer weather conditions, quiet restlessness and absorb one who practices in a peace and bliss that no human experience can bring. Through continued practice you can also have great feelings of love that come from no other human being and perceptions of higher states of consciousness that have no comparison to experiences in this world. We are part of a higher age: You and i and those practicing similar techniques-who have the blessings of an Avatar to help them in their souls progress.

A great soul like Lahiri Mahasaya and Babaji have the capacity to intercede in worldly activities that happen in our life. Knowing this we have the ability to tune in with these Masters. On special occasions like the birthday of Lahiri Mahasaya the blessings are much easier to tune into. So do not underestimate the healing abilities of these Masters. i myself am a living embodiment of that healing that took place on this body that was not functioning correctly. This is a time of gratefulness that i/we have come into contact and brought into the vibration of such a one as Lahiri Mahasaya. Tomorrow is his birthday (Sept. 30). i am looking forward to being with him....
