thanks steve.
I expect you to meditate around 7 pm in the evening

Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest full of troubles. Meditate unceasingly that you may quickly behold yourself as the infinite essence, free from every form of misery.

Lahiri Mahasaya

He speaks my language. I just have a different twist on the drama. That's what it all is. Isn't it just a drama? So I say give them pleasure - the same pleasure they have when they wake up from a nightmare.

yep...tis drama...or soap opera.  either we can partake or be in this soap opera called life...or we can sit back in seat...and just watch the drama....yes ?

i choose to sit in seat.....watch it from there...watch the drama on screen and not be an actor.   Cheesy  and at times...it is darned hard not to jump out of seat and partake in this drama called life.  when i find myself ready to act in play...i stop...and meditate !  perform yoga....and then , i go sit back into seat again...to watch.

thank u dearest LM...for all the wisdom you have shared with us.

_/\_  i send u my love and (((Hugs))) in thanks...for all u have done.
