i have found that it is not as always as easy as doing; this concept of putting into practice letting go of others associated with our past. Sometimes the best course of action is to cultivate positive relationships in the now. These counter the the psychological antiques we hold in the museum of our consciousness. If we find ourselves walking thru a museum of artifacts from the past-that no longer suit present circumstances- perhaps we should look at the spotlite of our awareness
