Wow, after writing all this, I didnt realize just how much (non traditional spiritual) rock music affected my life. I am glad I kept the closer ones to my heart, most rock music is fairly negative. I guess we need to weed out the bad stuff and keep the good.
But you know what is powerful, If it was spiritual way back when I started as a teen ager, I would NEVER have adopted anything like this into my life then. It is funny how powerful meanings can grow inside your heart without you even knowing it. Spirituality can come from the most unlikely places!!
