Meditation at first attempts

Amma’s story about meditation.

Meditation at first attempts is like attempting to wait for the Arabian Ocen to calm down so you can take a bath. The mind is just as restless with desires and myriad thoughts. So will not be able to wait for it to calm down for us. But that does not mean we should give up our attempts. It only means we must keep at it.
