Attempting to avoid duality in relationships. Like/dislike disgust/attraction anger/peace etc. it is better to find relationships more balanced than those that make dramatic swings.

The more we live in duality responding and reacting from moods and temporary conditions the more we experience such sad moods.

It is only us that can change our behavior our path or destiny can be changed tomorrow by the choices and behavior we exhibit today.
