Staying in Amma’s Ashram

I’ve been in Amma’s ashram for almost two months performing found seva (serving by cleaning recycling centers and cleaning dishes) .

The most significant and long term benefits for me being here is to actually meditate with a Master in her presence each day in the afternoon. It really makes a difference whose aura you let yourself be exposed to and what surroundings.
