Amma’s flower petal meditation began during Covid. She introduced it to the world to alleviate suffering and bring happiness and health to everyone. She explains that we are a great intertwined destiny together and if one part of this matrix of humanity suffers it can - like ripples - affect all of humanity. This has been illustrated by Covid 19 which stated in China but quickly spread around the globe.
