Tranquility

There is much talk about peace, calmness and relaxation. If anyone has meditated with a group of people and suddenly there comes this great calmness over the group where there is no motion, no sound, no movement and complete stillness; it is at that moment that at certain times you might feel and experience tranquility. It is a different dimension, because it does not even feel like being at peace. It is a transcendental experience. These moments will live with you the rest of your life. You will attempt to recreate them again in many ways and many environments because those moments prove to you that is possible to let go of all your frustrations and worries and experience bliss.

Where two or more are gathered in my name: there I shall be also.
